SEM ร่วมกับ Federal Art Space และหอศิลปกรุงเทพฯ ขอชวนมาต่อกับงานนิทรรศการศิลปะเพื่อระดมทุนสนับสนุนการช่วยเหลือผู้พลัดถิ่นในเมียนมาในงาน “ชีวิตติดกับ: กลับไปไม่ได้ ไปต่อไม่ถึง”

ตั้งแต่เกิดรัฐประหารในเมียนมากว่า 2 ปีแล้วที่มีผู้คนกว่า 2 ล้านคน ต้องไปอาศัยในค่ายผู้พลัดถิ่นภายในประเทศ ในป่า หรือตามแนวชายแดน ไม่สามารถกลับบ้านได้ ไม่สามารถไปต่อและสร้างชีวิตใหม่ได้ พวกเขาติดอยู่ระหว่างกลาง
ผลงานของศิลปินแต่ละคนสื่อให้เห็นถึงการแปรเปลี่ยนทางอารมณ์ ความทรงจำ และสไตล์ ซึ่งพวกเขาก็ยังคงอยู่ในระหว่างการเป็นและกลายเป็นศิลปิน…
งานนิทรรศการนี้แสดงผลงานของกลุ่มศิลปินเมียนมาที่ไม่เปิดเผยชื่อจริง เพื่อระดมทุนช่วยเหลือด้านมนุษยธรรม โดยศิลปินจะหักยอด 60% จากการขายส่งให้ผู้ผลัดถิ่นภายในประเทศเมียนมา (IDPs) เพื่อแสดงถึงความเป็นหนึ่งเดียวกัน

Over two years since the Myanmar military coup, more than 2 million people have been displaced, now living in IDP camps, in the forest, or on borders with neighboring countries. Unable to return home, unable to move forward and build new lives. They are stuck in-between.
The works of each artist convey changing emotions, memories, and styles. Still, on the way to being the “artists” that they are yet to become, as artists, they are also in-between…
This exhibition presents the work of a group of anonymous Myanmar artists to raise funds for humanitarian support. The artists have pledged to donate 60% of proceeds to humanitarian causes for IDPs in Myanmar, in an act of solidarity.
